The Golden Rules

Don't Touch It

Do not twist, turn, or pick at your jewellery

Clean Once a Day: Spray the front and back of the piercing with a sterile saline wound wash (0.9% sodium chloride).

Dry Gently

Pat dry with a clean paper towel or use a hair dryer on the cool setting. Avoid cloth towels, as they can harbour bacteria and snag jewellery

Sleep Mindfully

Avoid sleeping directly on your new piercing. (Pro-tip: Use a travel/doughnut pillow and put your ear in the hole!)

What Not To Do

No rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or harsh soaps. No swimming in pools, hot tubs, or lakes for at least 4–6 weeks. No changing the jewellery too early. Come back to see us for a downsize!

Does it hurt?

Honestly? A little bit! But it’s much quicker and less painful than you think. Most piercings/tattoos feel like a sharp pinch and a warm sensation afterwards. We are experts at keeping you relaxed.

Can I bring my own jewellery?

To ensure your safety and proper healing, we only use our own sterile, implant-grade jewellery. However, we have a massive selection of gorgeous studs, hoops, and gems to choose from!

Do I need an appointment?

We highly recommend booking via WHATSAPP to secure your spot, but we do accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis depending on daily availability
